Hello! — I'm Fran, trained animator turned editor of a collective called Studio Mobin where, along with some talented friends, I write, draw, and help others with their passion projects. (less about me)
Born in Italy twenty-something years ago, about a year ago I finished my degree in Animation & Visual Effects in the UK, the place that adopted me for three years of my life.
My natural curiosity has led me to an eclectic number of activities that I always approached with great interest and enthusiasm, from music to graphic design, from fine arts to animation.
During my time at university I worked as a producer, a sound designer / editor, a 2d animator, and a scriptwriter. All roles that I always covered with confidence and curiosity.
I produced a short film called Off the record, worked as an animator on a film called Towels, and as a sound designer and editor on two other films called Baba and Starboy.
A few months after graduating I joined a non-profit collective called Studio Mobin where I work as an editor with the ultimate goal of helping each other produce passion projects. I have written a number of short stories that will be published on the website later this year.
I am exceptionally passionate about comics, cartoons, tabletop roleplaying games, collecting records, and overall weird stuff.
